How we work:

  • Fill out the form on this page to start a conversation with us. Bondhu will confirm availability for your requested dinner within three business days.

  • To be revealed ahead of time or kept secret until it’s time to eat. Hours of culinary and historical research, recipe writing and testing go into each menu, all centered around the goal of creating a thoughtful, delicious, discussion-provoking meal.

    My cooking style is globally inclusive and a hybrid of home cooking and fine dining.

  • @ Bondhu’s historic space in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. Discover cuisine, learn about each other, ask questions about the meal’s inspiration, go down memory lane and up dream boulevard.

They are a perfect way to celebrate a person, milestone, holiday⁠ — or any old weekend⁠ — where you want to celebrate life + earth through food.

Bondhu Dinners can be booked as a private experience for you and your party of 8 to 50 guests at our location in the Berkshires. Off site Bondhu Dinners can be arranged in New York City, Boston, Berkshires and the general New England region for an additional cost.

Our charming home & restaurant hybrid space in the heart of the Berkshires can also accommodate your wedding, bachelor party, or corporate retreat.
