  • Farah Momen (Founder/Owner)

    Farah Momen (she/her) is an entrepreneur and chef exploring the ways in which food experiences can be a healing, reflective, connective tool for individuals from all walks of life.

    She is the co-founder of The Now Exchange, an NGO that fosters health access and choice in the Bangladeshi garment sector. Farah is a native of New York State, currently residing in Massachusetts with her husband Matthew and kitten Ellie Roosevelt. She was a Season 1 cast member of Top Chef Amateurs on Bravo TV paired with mentor Chef Melissa King.

    Her background spans start-up consulting, project management, writing and advocacy. She holds a B.A. from McGill University and a master’s degree in Business for Social Impact from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.

    Ben Grimes

    With years of experience sitting at bars, Ben is thrilled to be joining the team behind the bar at Bondhu. A writer with a previous career in tech and project management, Ben is grateful for the many communities he has found as a newcomer to the Berkshires. Ask him for a “Sundown” or talk him through your favorite drink!

  • Matthew Trisic

    Matthew Trisic is a Data & Analytics consultant at Slalom, a business and technology consulting firm. He has experience working with a wide range of clients in health, finance and security, bridging the technological and business needs of his clients and colleagues. He's been enjoying learning how to make drinks as quickly as he moves data!

    He launched and currently leads the Mental Wellness group for Slalom's Boston office in which he facilitates workshops around introspection and emotional health. Matthew has a Bachelor of Arts & Science from McGill University.
